Default 2001 Accord Misfire codes burning oil

Sup HT. been running into a problem lately with my 2001 honda accord ex 4cly. it has been burning oil (about a quart every 2 weeks heavy nyc driving) and now im getting Misfire codes
I also did a tune on it about a month ago.. bought ebay cap and rotor and ngk blue spark plug wires. and reg ngk spark plugs
Car has about 143k miles
P0304-cylinder 4 misfire
P0302-cylinder 2 misfire
P1399-misfire detected

Only bad signs i get of anything wrong is when im idleing at a light. idles under 700rpm feels like it wants to shut down. after i give it gas runs and drives normal.i even drive up and down from atlantic city to manhattan twice a week and still runs fine..

i ran a compression test and im getting
Cylinder4-118
cylinder3-117
cylinder2-130
cylinder1-90

Gonna Include pics of the spark plugs as they are about a month old and about 3k miles on them.( so sorry about the size. i dont know how to resize)

any advice would be great.. if its a big fix. and price estimates would be great so i dont look to be taken at a mech shop...
