Maybe one of your angles slipped or didn't hold because of a bad bushing or ball joint or tie rod.

Or maybe one of your tires has some issue. Try swapping front tires side to side. Then rear tires side to side.

My buddy just installed trailing arm bushings for me. This seemed to help the steering wheel being off. Could the trailing arm bushings effect the front camber being off on one wheel too or do you think I still need front adjustable camber kit?

Anything you do to the rear suspension won't change angles on the front directly.

Did he install them before or after the alignment?

The amount of camber difference between the fronts (~1°) is slightly abnormal....but not really. The engine is on the RF corner. So that is going to be a bit heavier. With you in the LF seat (assuming LHD), the angles will look more similar. This looks like a stock height car. Has it ever been in an accident? Are any front bushings worn?

I wouldn't get a camber kit. You might introduce new issues....and the angles you have don't warrant any alarm or additional camber adjustment. Leave it alone unless one of the parts is worn or busted.
