I'm having some wiring issues. I'm putting the first gen b16a witch is obd0 into my 94 civic hatch witch is obd1. I'm actually having issues with the distributor not matching up. Do I need an adapter or a new harness? And is the only issues I'm going to run into?

You'll need an OBD1 distributor and injectors along with an OBD1 ECU. If you're using the matching cable trans you'll either need a conversion kit and swap mounts, or replace the trans with a hydro unit (much better option)

Yes, but you'll have to chip it and tune for a B16A.

You're also going to have to wire the fan switch from the thermostat location of your old engine to the back of the block of the OBD0 engine. You'll need to run VTEC wiring also unless your car is an Si or VX.

Yeah VTEC should be good to go. You can also reuse those injectors from your other engine.

Then it's not a B-series vtec distributor or you're doing something wrong.
