Default 2K Civic D16 - O2 sensor interchangability

Are these two items interchangeable? I know the OEM sensors have different cable lengths and various rubber hardware for mounting (floor stopper on the downstream sensor), etc., but are they electrically the same?

I want to move the primary sensor to where the secondary is, so I'd like to use the one that has the rubber stopper for the floor.

Thanks.

Would I be making a mistake buying a $20-35 NGK/Denso direct-fit O2 sensor off eBay vs. an actual Honda O2 sensor, assuming the eBay parts are legit?

I know dealer stuff is expensive, but the O2 sensors seemingly more so.

Honda wants $170+ for the downstream sensor vs. $35 for a (supposedly) comparable NGK "eBay sensor".

They could be the same, but I've notice different part numbers between the ex and the dx models.

edit: NGK and DENSO are good name brands so I trust them.

Re: Part #'s --

I know the downstream sensor for the EX/Si comes through the floor, vs. the other models which are located at the bottom front of the vehicle in front of the transmission (the location of the cat. on these cars differs).

The EX/Si downstream sensor has a rubber plug installed mid-point on the cable that seals against a hole in the floor where the sensor emerges (right where the SRS computer is).

I think the only difference between these parts are the length of the cable and the mounting hardware.
