Default Cusco (clutch style) LSD fluid

Ok guys, I've read for the last 2hours on all kinda of diff sites including this one. Was wondering what fluid u guys in the higher hp cars are running ur ur (clutch style) LSD? I know tho thicker stuff helps quieting the clunks and stuff, but isn't super good on the syncros on the gear stacks from what I've read. I was thinking about maybe even mixing oils to try and compensate for both. Maybe

HONDA MTF ➕friction modifier
Or
1qt Honda MTF,1qt Amsoil plus friction modifier.

I know of the others Motul,Torco and what not. What are ur guys experience and what have u tried w/the best success? I want something that's gonna work good w/the syncros and diff at the same time. The car is driving on the street quite a bit plus track passes. Thanks in advance

Ac delco syncromesh friction modified. Can buy it straight from the chevy dealerships.
A lot of people swear by it to help with shifting issues in honda transmissions, but the friction modified part is mainly for clutch type lsd's I think. I read a few posts where people with clutch type lsd ran them with good results
