Long story short I cut my wiring harness in half and have been slowly putting it back together, my question is what are these 2 ground for ?. The car turns on and everything but if I don't need these 2 i'll remove them.

ok thanks they're getting removed then, as the abs is coming out soon.

 

hmm seems they're ground for the headlights...could I just make ne grounds ? cause there is a huge ple of wires there now in the way of my "clean bay".

 

The black wires might be for the fan relays, The grounds on the plastic cover are for the headlights which can be remove and solder into one o-ring terminal and bolted to a new location with a good ground.

 

Yes, you can ground anything to any good ground point. 94
