Trying to install front upper control arm bushings and having a hard time. Does anybody have any tips/tricks or experience installing them? They are from energy suspension and not oem parts. Thanks.

 

Should have gotten spherical bearings...So much better then rubber/poly just got some for my teg last week.

Spherical bearings are not for street use. For many reasons. Including that they're maintenance heavy and cause wear on other parts.

Poly isn't something I'd recommend either, but it should be fine for upper control arms since they're not weight bearing.

OP, I have used bench vises and ball joint/bearing presses to install poly bushings.
