Default Pressure washing Cylinder head?

I have a cylinder head all broke down. Camshaft is out and so is the rocker arm assembly. Would it be OK to spray a can of engine degreaser all over it and hit it with a pressure washer? Then use air compressor to dry? I have heard of people doing it but I wanna make sure before I attempt that.

yah I've done it to a bare engine block, it's a good cheaper alternative to "hot tanking".

yah for sure lol they're metal not plastic, hot tanking is a lot more "intense", so some pressurized water won't hurt just dry it off well and maybe poor some oil on it I'm just picky so I always do.
