Icon6 Corner signal brighter than the other?

I am new to the site but here's the deal. My '94 Honda accord has been clicking normal when I turn left, but rapid when I go right. When I checked the lights outside, the front turn signals are weird. The right signal appears to be lit up fine, but it's the left that is dim. Are there more than just the two bulbs in the corners because it looks like there are two each side but I don't know.

Also since I bought the car, it has been making a terribly annoying racket near the middle-to-rear end of the car when I decelerate or idle, someone told me could be a loose heat shield?

P.S. don't know if helps any, but just noticed the other day that the right lower signal on the front bumper is not flashing.
