i have a 94 ex coupe that was converted from auto to manual before i got the shell... now has gsr bseries turbo set up... motor runs great everything else is great... but theres a weird random misfire occasionally...when cruising its like a hiccup and sometimes feels like the car will stall for a 1/4 of a second...
last week i got stuck and it wouldnt start and threw a code 15 (ignition signal output) changed main relay, same, changed ignition switch and started and seemed good but then i notice after 30 miles the weird random misfire is happening again...
any ideas anyone???

also speedo flutters a bit and sometimes i hit bupms and the sunroof closes completely on its own... this is my 25th? honda and ive never had anything like this...

Have the igniter unit tested.

Check the moonroof switch and also the cluster and VSS connectors.

 

im looking now to just buy a brand new distributor from honda...gonna pay an arm and a leg but at this point i may as well...i already did a coil on plug kit from hondata hoping it would solve the problem but no...
