My brother has a 99 SH and it sat for 2-2.5 months when we were at school the battery died over this time so we jumped the car, it seems to crank slowly/almost intermittently along with we're not getting fuel(confirmed via plugs are dry after multiple try to get it to start). There's no CEL's and the pump primes and the car is stock any help is appreciated.

fixed just needed a new battery no clue why that would stop ir from getting fuel tho(it was jumped).
