ok i have 1990 civic converted to obd1 with a b20 swap on boost with only 5psi of boost i have noticed every now then my rpm needle will start jumping what could be the cause of this? is my dizzy going bad? could my cluster be going bad?

 

Common issue with the igniter in the distributor going bad.
Could also be a power/ground issue.
