Default 1996 Prelude H22A Burnt wire issue

Just to run down I've had an issue with wiring burning up. To start The negative lead coming off the battery burnt up. When this happened I replaced the negative battery lead, battery, starter" Starter shorted out" and caused the negative lead to burn up and it killed the battery. Now that I've replaced all of that, 6 wires coming off the harness burnt up they are ylw/blk and blk/ylw and I have no clue what it goes to or why it burnt up. I could really use some help on this one[IMG][/IMG]

All these problems started after the clutch swap could there be an issue that happened after the clutch install?
