Default Bad shake on take off

So when I take off from a dead stop in 1st gear, my car shakes like hell really hard. I checked my mounts and the two front motor mounts were cracked all the way through and I replaced those, and the rear mount was fine, but this shaking still persists. I'm getting around to changing it soon, but im aware that my clutch is very worn, so could this be my problem?

Replace clutch and resurface or replace flywheel. Should fix that.

Actually, it is probably the bearing in there. Either way, flywheel or bearing, replacing the clutch (get the entire kit) will fix this most likely.
