Default JDM B16a into 99 Civic Hatch

Hello HT, I was looking to put a b16a into my 99 civic cx, i was just wondering if anyone can help me figure out what is absolutely everything I need to make this swap possible. I have a B16a long block and I'm meeting up with someone this weekend to disassemble his complete b16a2 swap and make my b16a long block a complete swap, what is it I need to take from the b16a2? I need to pass inspection with flying colors so no codes, CEL or anything. Heres a list of what I know I need and will be getting.

OBD2B SI Engine Harness
OBD2B SI ECU
SI Tranny
OBD2B Distributor
OBD2B Alternator
OBD2B Injectors, with fuel rail and complete intake mani/throttle body
SI Motor Mounts
SI Rear T Bracket
Flywheel and clutch
Starter
Shift Linkage
Throttle Cable
Axles and Halfshaft
Post Mount

I Really need to pass inspection in the state of NC so lmk what else i need.

Thanks- Brian C.

Iduno if your state actually inspects all sensors. If they do, you need a B16A2 oil pump and CKF sensor as well.

IL just checks that there are no CELs or faults. You can fool the ECU into thinking the CKF is there by doing the CKF trick. If that method will work, it'll save you some $$ and trouble.

To put in the new pump, you need to remove the oil pan. So buy an oil pan gasket if the CKF trick won't fly in your state.

You'll also want to use a USDM B16A2 or B18C5 intake manifold. Or route the PCV and evap lines into a T-fitting so they can go thru one port on the JDM intake manifold. if NC will allow that.

Also...You'll need a Si/EX/integra cat, and a subharness from ECU to secondary O2 sensor. You can re-use your old O2 sensor...but a EX/Si/Integra one has the rubber boot to run the wires thru the floor.

You will need to cut about 18" off your exhaust to mate with the new cat location. A flange is optimal to bolt the cat on.

NC won't look for the CKF so you can bypass that. You will need a cat and no check engine lights on. Also for the evap just make sure you have a canister and no check engine lights on.
