Running light

Hi i was wondering if anyone knew why one running light on the front headlights would work and the other would not. I have checked the running light fuse and it looked good.

92-00 civic never came from factory with running light!

Yes. They did. Just not in the USA.

i guess its called the parking light i just looked at my fuses and thought it was called running light
