okay i have a 2000 honda accord lx model and the problem is, my tail lights and headlights arent working. but my bright light and turning signal nd brake lights work. when i raise the hood and look under the fuse box nothing seems blown but however on the light relay 1 or 2 when i flick my light switch i can hear a click coming from one of those relays and i tried switching them out and still no answer. im confused, also i cant dim down the light on my instrument light, and usely when i flick the lights from off to on the brightness of the intrument light doesnt dim down and i notice before it did. please help me.

 

also how many fuse boves does a honda accord v6 have?
