blinker issue
on my 98 civic dx the pass. side blinker indicator started blinking faster than normal so i checked all my blinkers using the blinker lever and the flasher button they all work but the pass. side blinks faster than the driver side.
kinda hard to explain but they dont really blink faster as in flashes per minute but more like the on time is shorter is a flash not a fade in and fade out like normal.
i checked all the bulbs and they where find and the fuse is fine what could be causing this?

i would replace all the bulbs i had this issue on mine couldnt figure it out because all the bulbs worked just fine. so i put in all 4 bulbs and it was fixed i guess the circuit just didnt like one of them for some reason and made one side blink faster.
