Fouling plugs will cause it to miss, correct me if im wrong there.

But are you leaking oil into the spark plugs? Possible gaskets?

Just trying to offer help. not sure though.

Well what most people here will probably tell you to do is a time up. New spark plug wires, rotor, and distributor cap. After that then you wanna work on the fouled plugs. Are they burning oil? Do you have blue smoke coming out of the exhaust? How did you check your timing by the way?

distributor and all components inside it are brand new maybe 1-2 weeks old plugs i am gonna replace today not burning oil no oil on plugs or inside tubes wires could be bad thats the next thing ima check today and timing we put it at tdc checked to make sure crank was on time then used a timing light..car was running better the other day just wasnt able to pass 4k but now im having this problem.. could a bad 02 sensor be to blame?

depends, does it run well when cold but goes to crap once it warms up? If it acts like this, then it could potentionally be a bad O2 sensor.

Let us know if it persists once you get the new NGK gapped and installed.

Worn plugs can seriously affect how the car runs.

How did you check your timing?

You must check mechanical timing - make sure the timing belt isn't off a tooth or two. Once you know the head and block are both at TDC, you'll need a timing gun to check your ignition timing.

we put the crank tdc (white mark on pulley) cam gear up was pointing up and 2 lines were level with the head my buddy used his timing light and said it was good im gonna replace wires and plugs to see what that does

Rreread your first post. "keeps fouling plugs"

Is it dry fouling or wet fouling them?

And have you done a compression test?

What are your compression numbers?

Perhaps it's spark related - how's the distributor rotor look?

ok problem one fixed it was timing... i lined up white mark on crank and it was not correct pulley indicated tdc but motor was not at tdc stuck screwdriver down #1 made sure it was tdc put belt back on and fired right up no problems so i guess crank pulley markings are off now i have a small fuel leak at bottom of filter to fix thanks for the help
