Default civic fuel problems

i wanted to know if the fuel pump doesnt send enough pressure for gas , would that make my car not start?

i have verify that there is power from ecu to injectors , fuel pump relay is good.
the car will start up if i use starting fluid but then shut off .
it seems that my fuel pump does prime i can here it and if i loosen the gas line at the fuel rail gas does come out but im thinking that the fuel pump doesn't create enough pressure but im unsure.

any ideas or things to try

Stop doing stupid ****, like just letting gas spray in your engine bay. Seriously, in what world does that seem like a good idea? Buy/borrow/rent a fuel pressure tester, or install an in-line fuel pressure gauge.

i didn't let gas spill all over the place i slightly loosen it to see if there was gas coming to the fuel rail( i didn't loosen it all the way it and try to start the car) . and it was a one time check . i am going to to get a fuel pressure tester but i just wanted to ask bc i never knew the answer to my question .

it actually acts as a ground...how did you check this test light to all the injector pins at the ECU plug ?. short answer if you're having gas spray when you turn the key to #2 key position you're probably fine.

yea i check check at ecu and at injector , i checked it with a test light and when i turned it on or try to start the car you can see power going to injector the light turns on . the car was running fine put it sat in my garage for months with out me starting it. i did see if gas was coming out but was just wondering if there wasnt enough gas pressure would it not start .

that's why you need a gauge that can tell you, they mount on the fuel filter.

Not sure if it's your problem but you did say the car sat for months without being started. your gas could have gone bad. would think it would take longer than just months but ya never know.

I would think the pressure regulator would be a more likely suspect than the fuel pump if it's pumping fuel and never been run dry.
