Hold on, I'm using telekinesis to look inside your engine and see what's wrong, since you gave us absolutely zero details...

^Actually got me laughing! But yeah, not enough info. I'd only say at this point is that if the noise itself is completely constant and increases/decreases with RPM that it may be more likely to be valve related.

^^funny lol.

Try to give specs and what you hear/happen.

If you think is a rod bearing drop the oil pan and remove the rod caps.

Do an oil change. If you have anything shiny in your oil...you spun a bearing.

Yes, I saw the video. Drain your oil. Dollars to doughnuts you find metal fragments in the oil.

Sounds like a rod bearing
My engine sounded the same way not too long ago.
Also had a valve lash problem definitely not as loud af that knock.
Stop turning it on before you damage the piston further more and the crank

x2...this is the only way to know whether or not you spun a bearing. The best video in the world can't show us what's floating around inside your oil pan. Drain that **** and report back

drain some oil through a coffee filter in a funnel, don't need much. If you see gold and silver you did not get rich, you're boned.
