High idle problem

High idle problem
Hi.
i need urgent help. i have a honda luxline 1994 1.6 16v fuel injection.
The idle is constant around 3500rpm i tried adjusting the idle sensor and the car fluctuates from 1000rpm to 2000rpm not becoming steady, after that the car jerks on acceleration.
Please help
