Suspension Bushing questions
Let me start by saying I have been searching all day and never really found an answer. I am wanting to replace the now 20 year old bushings in my Integra and have a few questions.
Which ones are the most important to change in terms of seeing a benefit at the track, front lca's, compliance, rear trailing arm?
What brands are there left? I spoke with Suja1 and they are discontinuing their bushings, haven't heard much from Hard Race lately and then there is Energy Suspension which seem to be the cheapest.
What sort of improvement will I see by replacing the bushings, if any?

Hardrace makes a complete kit for under 300 and this will improve suspension performance. Above that your looking at spherical bearing setups that's aren't that street friendly
Please don't put out bogus info.
I've been using new oem bushings. I tried energys and wasn't happy with the wear in such a short time. To go with tepid said, I've never driven on kingpins but most newer upscale cars don't use bushings anymore. They all have mostly ball joints and some spherical and they ride great.
Kingpins aren't going to make your car any stiffer, if anything it will make the stroke smoother. The only thing is, when street driving, it will not dampen shocks from the road to the chassis, because there is no flex. Which is the whole point in installing them in the first place. But it really isn't a big deal, I have sphericals on one of my cars, and it doesn't bother me a bit driving it on the street.

I run the Hardrace kit on my car. Every single bushing from front to back. (you'll need a press and a lot of patience to install) You will notice a stiff ride right away. Bumps will feel very harsh but overall tolerable on the street. Just a tip, make sure and double make sure they send you the right RTA bushings and the middle rear lower control arm bushings. I along with others have been sent those two particular bushings incorrectly. I've been in a car with Kingpin products and its was a good ride as well, both will work, one is cheaper.
