Maybe try checking the brakes? Especially the rear. Maybe a pad, a cylinder or bracket are stuck ?

So as your turning left, you feel a thump on your actual "wheel"? It doesn't happen over bumps too?

If you've already installed the axle I'd recheck the install. Could be from what IV heard a "cheap" parts store axle. And if you haven't installed it, well it could be just a bad axle.

Is it a bubble in you're tire? Ive seen bubble appear on the tire tread itself, looks like a giant zit on the wheel. I had a couple people bring there car to me asking the same thing you are and coudnt find the problem. They never bothered to look at the tread, and half the time parked on it. Which makes harder to see, and if you dont rotate the tire while inspecting will easily miss.

Or could be you axle who knows...? Thats why all brand new parts come with warranties, because the people who make them know they will break out the box.

Maybe a bad bearing/joint/bushing, too hard to tell anything over the internet. Just need to look.
