Default JDM D15b/Z6 mini starting issues after trying different ECU

Ok I have a chipped p28, but 2 of the end prongs are broken, but contact is still made on the socket. When I removed the chip, CEL comes on but doesnt flash and car just cranks. Tried another p28, that I thought was good, no burns or broken connecions, but nothing other than flooding. Let the car sit and replaced with previous ECU and chip, NO CEL, but it just cranks. Plugs were fouled so I replaced, its getting fuel and white/bluish spark. Any Ideas? 95 dx btw

Got it started, just had to wait a little longer and play with throttle.

Now being that it runs, with no CEL when chip is in and vice versa when not it, is that an ECU issue? Mind you, 2 pins are broken but seems to make contact on socket.

Also, installed 12v vtec light but its not working. Ground is good, checked with light directly to + on battery. Ive connected it both ways, ecu a4 and straight wired to solenoid. neither kicks light on. oil is in but dont have oil pressure gauge to know what it is. removed solenoid and oil is there after cleaning it and reinstalling. i have an electrical op gauge from a previous build but not the adapter plate, can i connect it to my op sensor wire on the block? jdm d15b block
