valve timing
Unless your timing belt has skipped a tooth or you have adjustable cam gears, then your valve timing is fine. If you've skipped a tooth, you have more to worry about than just the current valve timing.
Changing valve timing on our engine without adjustable cam gears is impossible without offsetting the teeth from the timing belt, which is not an option.

It's called valve lash adjustment..Get a Helms manual It is invaluable. If you want I could email you the chapter, to walk you through it.
