Fluid from clutch reservoir leaking out of cap
i dont know where to look i've tried google...
the damn fluid is coming out of the reservoir the cap , i know because i can see a trail of it leaking down to inner side of the chassis by the alternator ..**** stinks and is removing my paint...its been doing this for awile...it will stop and then come back....its not a constant thing im just wondering what causes this...
also another thing
in the mornings my clutch pedal is super low i have to drive for 10 minutes for it to warm up...i noticed i dont have a pressure plate cover on my tranny would that affect it...
your answers are greatly appreciated
everyone have a great new years

Do you top up the clutch resevoir when it's low?
The other weird behavior sounds like either the master cylinder and/or slave cylinder are beginning to have issues.
One thing that might help the situation and can't hurt is to bleed your clutch line from the slave cylinder bleeder valve. Quite often water builds up in there and can cause issues. If you do a two man bleed, you can have the gunky fluid squirt into a bottle without worry of back wash (sucking the gunky fluid back into the slave cylinder). The water causes rust which in turn can affect the hydraulic pistons. If they are sticking, you top up resevoir, then they release the fluid goes back into the resevoir causing overflow.
The cover plate you mentioned doesn't really have any mechanical purpose to the operation of your clutch, it just keeps debris and stuff out of the bell housing. Personally I never understood why they put the inspection plate where they did being you can't see **** all on that side except the backside of the flywheel. But alas, no your inspection plate doesn't affect clutch operation directly.

Have you tried bleeding the slave cylinder and making sure the cap is tight?
I would take the whole resi off, clean it out (not with water) and put it back on/bleed the whole system. top off resi and MAKE SURE the cap is on tight and there's no leaks ANYWHERE even the lines, any leaks will alow air to come in. Sounds like you have a leak somewhere.

also what i meant was the release point on my clutch in the morning is low! not my pedal is that normal!?
I've replace a few MC reservoir caps in the shop also my personal car one. Due to it get sloppy and gummy and not seal properly, especially in take off and breaking situation. I bought it OEM from LEC motors. on eBay for $13.00
