Bleeding my clutch
i need to bleed my clutch and i was wondering how to do it. it sounds werid but i've never done it before. so do i pump it then open the valve on the slave cylinder until the fluid comes all the way out? or do dose someone have to hold the pedel down? and how do i know when im done?? someone help my clutch is acting up i need to do this thanks

This is how I did mine.
- Filled up a cup a little with Brake Fluid.
- Open the valve, connect the hose to the valve and have the other end in the cup.
- Open the cap on the Master Cylinder and fill up it up with brake fluid.
- Have someone pump the clutch slowly
- You'll notice the fluid go down, as this happens, stop pumping the clutch, fill up the master cylinder.
- The cup should be filling up with gunk and you should feel (or the person pumping the clutch) pressure coming back to the clutch pedal.
Also, I didn't close the bolt and did leave it open the whole entire time. Never lost the pressure in the pedal even if it's open, so don't worry about it.

No, you don't. With the brakes you have to pump and hold the pedal while someone else closes the bleeder bolt when you want to bring the brake pedal back up.
When bleeding a clutch, you can just keep the bolt open the whole time until you're done.
