Default d15 d16y8 mini me swap mpg, power, ?

I am planning a budget build and ran across this y8 head and intake . Would this be a good combo for mpg and fun ? I was going to mill stock head and ad cam.

Use the same injectors and still a 1.5 liter, so if you don't get on the peddle (stay out of vtec) your mpg should be similiar. You are using a 1.6 ecu map sorta, if you get it tuned.... should maintain mpg when driven casual.
