hi i just got my new/first car and i have been trying to get it road worthy. its a b16a and no cat i had a buddy that said he would help me the illegal way till i build up alot of cream to do it the legal way. but cant trust people he flaked on me and totaly ignored me the rest of the day so i dont wanna even bother. so i need some insight on this subject. I could reserch(i have been slightly) but i just have no time. so what would i expect from the refree, how much would it cost me legaly, any smog connects aroung the south bay area. thanks guys i wanna start tearing the streets soon.
