I currently have a b16a EF and I Want to turbo it. None if the turbo kits out there will pass smog in CA right? If i went custom or anyone of those kits... and let's just say I put 2 cats for the smog testing... Will it be able to pass smog with 2 cats? or even 1? I need to know before I decide to go turbo. If those people in cali can tell me their results on emissions that would be nice too. Thanks!

 

You will pass the emissions test fine with one cat. You will not pass the visual inspection, however. You might be able to pass the visual if you go to a shady/ghetto smog station, but it's going to be a gamble.
