I am new the honda scene I have a 90 hatch 1.5 dx 4 speed. I would like to know what would the fairly simple swap for a vtec be?

There is alot of info on this subject. You have to first convert to mpfi from dpfi if not already done. Its very simple to do the swap as long as you can follow directions and use basic tools.

Is there a reason you want to "switch to a vtec."? A b18 of any model will be as fast and alot faster then a b16a stock for stock and using the same transmissions in the same car. My b18a1 with a b16 transmission would pull stock b16a's. My car isnt vtec.

Also, what motor series are you looking to swap into your car?
