pretty much everything but the intake manifold is cross compatible, it's not to say it won't work but you'll run into issues if you're trying to put an obd1 intake mani on a obd2 car.
Basically all is compatible, something's you have to play to match it but is doable. i.e. b16a2 I/M not have IAT provision, b16a some of them not have MAP provision on throttle body.
But you can run Intake pipe IAT 96-00 or fire wall mounted MAP.

Treat your jdm B16 basically like a 2nd gen USDM B16A, 95% of the parts are the same, with the only minor differences on the intake manifold, which probably won't be an issue anyway. (96+ jdm b16 have a different oil pump and no pressure sensor for vtec, it is not looked for by the jdm ecu)
