hey everyone, i was working on my car and now the turn signals do not work. there is a blue and red wire that is unplugged and im guessing this is for the turn signals. i cant find where to plug this back in. is this the correct wire for the turn signal? and where does it go? thanks for the help.

 

Okay so i got the turn signals to work but there is still this single blue/red wire with a single pin brown plug that isnt connected. It's located near the firewall hole on the drivers side. any ideas what this is for?
