Short list:
-Yes get the d16z6 engine wiring harness
-Yes you will need the P28 ECU
- Also will need an OBD2 to OBD1 wiring adapter

I ran my car boosted stock block on a gt28r with 10psi which would be near 200hp for 5 years nothing broke til I spun a rod on an over due oil change. that stock head can make up to 300hp you are going no where near these limits so leave it alone u will be wasting your pennies

No the Z6 harness will not work in your car. Follow this guide for OBD1 engine in OBD2 car.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/92-00-honda-engine-swap-wiring-guide-vtec-non-vtec-2987229/

For the rest search in the forced induction thread for builds on Z6's and copy a build that fits your power level and price range desired. Don't reinvent the wheel.

just swap a b-series in before you even think of wasting money on a single cam, rods pistons....if you're asking what type you're not going to be installing them your self.
