So my window must be horribly off track, I've tried every ''method'' I could find, but when I put it back in both tracks and bolt them up I still have a huge gap at the top in the back and the. Bottom in the front. Ideas???

 

take the door panel of and inspect something's broken you're just missing it

 

Likely the window regulator bolts that hold it on are loose somewhere, it's an easy fix once you've got the panel off and will be pretty obvious.

Honestly, the hardest part will be getting the panel on back properly, at least it is for me.

 

In addition to what others have said, if the bolts are tight.. inspect the Regulator's teeth. Most of the time after years of use, these teeth get warn down and then the window can't roll up all the way -- and may even continue to go off track until replaced.
