Default Biggest factor in determining your 60ft?

What's the single most biggest factor in determining your 60ft time, given that it's the same skilled driver?

The reason why I'm asking this question is that I have pretty shitty tires right now w/ about 50% tread. It's BF Goodrich non-directional tires. I constantly get about 2.4 60ft time with these tires and my car makes 151hp/125lb-ft. Considering the tires, are these good 60ft numbers? or could I improve them just by improving my skills.

Tires are the biggest deal..

Suspension makes a difference, but not as much as tires.

Tires and Air Pressure
I cut a 2.030 on my Nitto 555r's I had the tire pressure about 16psi
Before that I ALWAYS had the pressure around 20psi and I would only get a 2.2.
I made a BIG difference in pressure drop.
