So I have a B16 head with about 75k and a block that has been sitting for about a year and could use a good scrub. Down the line, I plan to add 7psi after the build. I want a bulletproof/ worry free build when it's all said and done. My question to you guys, is what would you do that is as cost efficient as possible. I want to keep as many stock parts as possible. New bearings, rings, hone? New valve seals, port, polish, etc? Please, any opinions or ideas would be appreciated.
