Default B18B1 civic HELP PLEASE

Hello everyone, I'm kinda new to the whole civic and tuner scene but I bought a b18b1 with headers, intake and a greddy exhaust about a month ago.It has been running rich, getting about 20 MPG and I can smell gas when I'm idling at a stop. I checked spark plugs and they all looked good. Also if I don't let the car run for a few minutes before I take off the car will not rev pass 2500-3000 RPM and it feels like it's bogging down but it goes away after a little while. Also the car takes a long time to warm up in the cold weather, usually the temp gauge doesn't even move on my 8 mile drive to work. I was thinking replacing the thermostat would fix that but I wasn't sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

engine doesnt belong in car...first of all....so a tune / dyno tune would help ALOT with MPG and Fuel Ratio and throttle response and such.

second i would check if you have a cel = check engine light.... and fix and go from there...

What year and model is the engine in? What ECU are you using? Are there any CELs(Check engine lights)? Does the CEL come on initially when you start the car then go off?

IF you arent sure what ecu you got. you are obviously not experienced with this kind of swap/car meaning you need help from someone who does or you will just give your self a head and waste money....

This may be a stupid question but I just want to make sure, since it is an integra engine I need a thermostat for that engine or would it be the same as the stock d series thermostat?

So that is the correct ecu? I did spark plugs, the wires look good but new ones wouldn't hurt. I did an oil change when I got it and I'll do the fuel filter next weekend probably. Are there any other possibilities?

It turns on for a second or two when the key is in the on position but not when the car is running

Is there a way to test the o2 sensor without just throwing money at it?

I'm curious as how you checked the tps, did you back probe the senosr? And if so, what were your voltages at the closed and WOT positions?

Yes I backprobed and checked it with an oscilloscope, although I do not remember what the voltage was, I tested it about 2 months ago
