I was trying to hook up LED to the dome light housing, somehow two of the wires that connect touched and cause a small spark. Since then the interior light does not turn on when I open the driver side door but it works fine when I open the other doors. It does not tell me on the dash that the door is open either like it does with the other doors and the trunk. I already replaced the switch by the door panel.
Any ideas what the issue could be?
