Default Supercharged LS Back to Stock Running Terrible

Hello H-T, I am facing a strange dilemma, and without being able to jump my service connector I'm not entirely sure on what the problem could be. Here is the rundown, I have a 2000 LS Integra ran great when it was stock, and when I supercharged it and had it tuned it once again ran great. I sold the supercharger and over Thanksgiving returned the car to stock. The car is on the stock obd2 ecu and stock injectors now and the car runs pretty bad. ( (running extremely rich). Its strange how the car ran perfectly a few days ago to the condition its in right now. I'm doubtful that its a sensor or anything, so I am stumped. I drove the car 2 hours back to school on the highway -I had no choice- and had zero issues except for a slightly jerky ride. The only thing I have not changed is the spark plugs to the original heat range. I still have the BRK7es from the JRSC. Someone please help, and I apologize for the long post. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe a hotter plug will cause the problem you are facing, do you happen to have a wideband installed to see what your AFR's are reading? Did you use a FMU when supercharged?

I don't think its the plugs either. I don't have a wideband ans I did not use a FMU either; I had the car tuned on the dyno I believe the AFRSs were 12.5 WOT. But, I don't know what it was at idle. The car kind of sounds like its cammed its got a bit of a choppy idle and puffs white smoke, but there its highly unlikely its the head gasket.

I would pull your plugs and read them, and probably replace them anyway since they are cheap. Are all vacuum lines back in the factory routing locations? Does it feel like there is any lag in power?

Okay, I will try and do that tomorrow. I have been trying to be easy on the car, but power does not seem to be lacking. Yes, all vacuum lines are back to their factory locations. However, I am lost, there is a nipple that comes off of my map sensor. There is no hose running to it. Not sure if that has anything to do with my problems though. I have no idea where it goes.

The nipple on the top of the throttle body that kinda has a funky upwards bend? I'm pretty sure nothing runs to that. I'd swap plugs, check distributor timing and look into doing a leakdown test just to be safe (since you mentioned white smoke). I'm assuming you have no CEL's?

The upwards turn of the throttle body nipple is meant for the EVAP canister that resides on the frame under the battery.

Try changing plugs back to the factory heat range. Is the car burning coolant at all? White smoke is usually an indication of that, but if it was fine only days before then I suspect this isn't the problem

Ok I don't think the nipple is my problem then. I will change the plugs and report back. I don't think I have a blown head gasket, I think the smoke had to do with fuel. The section of the bumper near my muffler is black.

Thanks, I will try my best to look into all of this tomorrow. I do have a CEL I just haven't been able to jump the service connector. Another thing on the to-do list for tomorrow.

Problem fixed! Got my codes ran and it came to an O2 sensor and CKF P1337 for whatever reason- I knew this was irrelevant though-which I already knew about(I have a hytech header and have only one o2 sensor) Car ran perfectly beforehand so I knew that wasn't the problem. Bought new spark plugs, still had a rich condition. Retarted the timing a bit, idle was a bit improved, but still rich condition. Unplugged my MAP sensor which I knew had to be the only thing left to that would cause a rich fuel mixture, car instantly went back to its normal running condition, Thanks everyone! Now I suppose I need to find a new map sensor.

Good to hear! Before you go ahead and get a new MAP sensor, try using MAP sensor cleaner on your current one first. You can pick it up at your local parts store, but make sure it is specifically for the MAP sensor, you can't use Intake/TB cleaner on it.

Thanks a lot I will look into that first before buying a new MAP sensor.
