help with obd2 in a 95 integra passing emissions
I have a 1995 integra converted to right had drive with a 96 integra type r engine. The car is now obd2.
I've had the car for 5+ years and every time I just pay the $250+ to waive the car as I can't pass emissions.
Its stock besides try y header and magnaflow high flow cat.
I was talking to a friend and he said since its obd2 now they should be able to just plug it in and check for cel and pass it?
Anyone have info in how I can pass without paying the waive fee to have a show "work" on it

Test info would include the allowable limits PLUS your car's numbers PLUS the units used (ppm, %, g/mi, etc).
