1993 Honda Civic Si Stuttering Problem
I googled and researched so before I ask, I'm going to state that I'm checking the distributor this week.
Briefly, check engine light, code said bad O2 sensor, also I had an exhaust leak in my manifold. My car sat for four days, fixed the O2, and the leak. While driving, around 75 mph, my car stars stuttering and suddenly dropping in speed. I swapped the speed sensor, cleaned the IACV, swapped distributor wire, checked for vacuum leaks, and cleaned basically every filter. My car is still stutter around 3,000 rpm (regardless of speed) and suddenly shuts off. The batteries cool. So uhhhh, any thoughts?

Plugs and wires??
For it to stutter at that RPM like you made it sound it's either losing spark or fuel. Could have a relay starting to go out as well.
