Default Bad idle problem

I Checked what i can
replaced my plugs, fuel filter, checked the wires, adjusted the idle thing by the tb

what else can i check

coz my idle is just so bad, it is ok for like a minute and then it just fluctuates but not by much
maybe from 500 to 600 then back to 700
like it would almost die and all of a sudden just catch its breath again.
whats wrong with my car.
Also the mpg is really bad, about 250 per full tank

You might have air in the coolant system. It made my car idle horribly.

air in my coolant system>?
IS THAT true....
I have drained and replaced the system a while ago
maybe 3 to 4 months before i started having the idle problems.....

I searched and someone mentioned the vacuum lines that there might b a leak
My pvc is pretty new i remember changing it jus a lil over a year ago.
& i checked my pvc and its working....

one question tho......should the pvc valve be somewhat wet?.....mine was.

Where is your engine temp when this happens? Have you checked all of your idle sensors? IAC, FITV, Bleed your coolant..properly
