NO CEL, tuneup just done, car bogs and stutters under load... WTF!?
Anyone had a similar experience? Can the oxygen sensor be garbage and still not throw a code?

Yes it can. I have the same problem and have been told by a mechanic that if the car runs fine when its cold or under wot, it can be a faulty o2 because under those situations the car is running preset fuel maps (not off o2 readings).
I also have done a full tuneup: fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, and o2 sensor. in that order. Problem still exists for me, bogging below 3000 rpms and then shooting forward.
But it sounds like the problem just started for you after you did your tuneup?? ReCheck everything like your connections and plug gap etc.

-did you engine shampoo or clean the engine bay recently?
-check fuel pressure
-02 sensor will throw a code still even if it is garbage

Having similar problem. No codes. Just completed major overhaul. Had problem B4 overhaul but not as pronounced. Runs great when cold. Noticed that when I advance the timing problem is mostly corrected B4 and after overhaul. Not sure whats going on here. Don't think the O2 sensor is the cause. I believe it's a air/fuel problem. Of course air intake is controlled by the throttle body. Fuel is regulated by ECM through injector circuit. Major difference between cold and hot is fuel mixture. The EVAC I think controls this function so I'm leaning toward it but not really sure.

I have not touched the ignition timing, can it change without rotating the dizzy?
Also I first noticed it some time ago and decided to do the tuneup
Cap
wires
rotor
No plugs though since it didn't feel like a plug problem. When I went to change the wires I wanted to make sure the plugs were in tight. However, it seemed as though one of the plugs unthreaded itself as it was loose. So I continued with the tuneup and re-tightened the plug. Problem solved...... Now 3 weeks later the thing is back to the same problems and the plugs are tight.
Load seems to be the problem and yes it runs pretty much OK when cold and OK at WOT but only when I reach a certain RPM.
ie. 4th gear 3000 RPM WOT will bog
4th gear 5500 RPM WOT will not bog

Re: (92BlackSi)
I have a similiar problem.... My idle is twitchy and drop to 200 or so when cold but when warmed up its fine.... The car also bogs under 75% or greater throttle but not under anything less.... But I'm throwing a code for the o2 sensor so I'm sure thats my problem.

if you haven't pull the plugs and check them. I didn't see anywhere that you said you actually pulled the plugs and checked them. that could easily be your problem.
when you changed wires, cap, and rotor, you might as well spend the extra 10-15 bucks for a new set of plugs.
also check your plug gap.
