Im going to make this my introduction and my "spoon-feed-me-thread"
Name is Ed 24, I lived in North Carolina before returning home to California. Bought My 93 Hatch on the east and drove it down to cali. Longest trip Ive ever made. Car held up great! dreams=b18 swap or built d15y8 mini-me

Now the issue:
First it was the passenger side of my tail lights that didnt work.. weird yes, where it gets weirder: if i switch the bulb so the poles switch it works so i thought hey maybe if i switch the wiring so I did. re pinned them so the wires switched
This worked for God knows how long till I realized yesterday the driverside didnt work now. bulb was fine. i was curious so I turned the bulb to touch the opposite wires like i did the first time.. bulb worked but it blew

im thinking the last owner did some junk rewiring? maybe??
dash lights work
dimmer works.

Positive and negative ends weren't making contact with the terminal ends of the bulb when placed in correct position.

Bent ends upward so far it's working correctly we'll see
