Re: Emergency and Fog lights dont work!!!
^^ there we go...a fuse is ALOT more common than a "rusty wire"
Your fog lights are the first fuse in the box (10A), and you bumper lights and turn signals are the last 2 fuses in the box going from left to right (also 10A). If you replace the fuse and they pop, you got a short.

Re: Emergency and Fog lights dont work!!!
If your signal lights work but hazards do not, then the problem must either be a blown hazard light fuse, no power to hazard light fuse, a break in the hazard light power lead to the hazard light switch or the hazard light switch itself, everything after the hazard light switch is common for hazards and signal lights.
To test pull the hazard light switch and test for power on the white/green lead, if there is no power check the fuse, make sure there is power at the fuse, if the fuse is good and there is power at the fuse, check for a connection problem between fuse and hazard switch.
If on the other hand there is power on the white/green lead at the hazard switch turn on the hazards and test for power on the green/white lead if no power, replace the switch, if there is power on the green/white, test for power on the green/red, if no power there is a connection problem between the output of the "Turn Signal Hazard Relay and the hazard switch, [after where the "TSHR" output lead, [green/red] splits to go to signal light switch and the hazard light switch] if there is power on the green/red at the hazard light switch test the green/yellow and green/blue leads, if no power replace the switch, if there is power on the green/yellow and green/blue leads there is a connection problem between the hazard light switch and where the green/yellow and green/blue leads connect back into the signal/hazard light wiring.
For your front park lights, [bumper lights] test for power on the red/black leads going to the lights, [park lights must be on], if there is no power and the tail lights work the problem is not the fuse so it must be a connection problem between the fuse and the bumper lights, if there is power on red/black leads check the grounds, [black], if both the power and ground is good then it is either the bulbs or the bulb sockets. 94

Idk what you mean by "lighting harness"....
If you mean sub harness/underdash harness good luck with that, that also goes for the harness that connects to the rest of the cabin.
If you think it's the sockect just go to the junk yard snip,solder,shrink-wrap, and loom a new one.

Re: Emergency and Fog lights dont work!!!
the socket on the bulbs were rusted and i guess that messed up the connection. bought new bulbs again and they worked fine.
