ok im not a honda guy. i'll explian this as good as i can. the honda has a high low idle running between 1000 and 2000 rpm. and when i shift it into 1st and try to take off it bogs down. after afew seconds it starts to gain speed and rpms. it is a manual. so im practically lost other then thinking of the throttle position sensor. HELP....

 

My idle problems were caused by a dirty IACV and a flat out broken FITV. You can check those out and see if after a good cleaning it helps. They are also pretty easy to take out on my del sol so it wasn't much of a hassle.

 

Test your TPS, fix your idle speed and fluctuation (it shouldn't be that high, and it shouldn't fluctuate), and after you're done with that, check your timing.

 

Get your tps sensor adjusted and clean your IACV hopefully your car will be ok

 

thanks for the advice guys. today i found a new problem. my engine is now knocking really bad. i think its the rods which is gonna suck like no other
