Made a DUMB decision a few months ago. Not sure what to do...
06 CRV 120k miles
I bought some unity full strut assemblies from completestruts.com in May. The mount on my front driver side already popped. Getting ~2 inches of play in the steering wheel, constant jittering in the front end and loud creaking when I make a sharp turn. Can't decide if I should spend ~$450 on some better quality coilovers or just sell the car. What would you do?
Posted a similar thread in the suspension forum. Sorry for any confusion.

I think I'd badger them some to replace them. If that doesn't work then buy quality parts and fix it. I can't imagine selling a good car cause of bad struts
yeah and who would buy it anyway? trade in? you would lose more money on that. just fix it. i would get on them because thats bs, otherwise you have the option to just replace the fronts and wait for the rears to fail haha.
Just sent them an RMA request. My hesitation with doing this is that the wording of their warranty is vague at best about who covers return shipping - it'll be at LEAST half the cost of a new strut (theirs, not a quality assembly) to send it back.
It's bilsteins ONLY from now on.

If you buy cheap part, you get what you pay for. It's not really worth selling the vehicle because of struts. That's something that should be replaced anyways after 5 years or so anyways.
