Clutch issue
Just replaced clutch I started vehicle while on jack stands just for a few seconds because thier is no transmission fluid in the tranny and I could without the clutch put the car in gear now the salve cylinder isn't bled all the way but any ideas?

...there aren't any axles in. There's nothing preventing it from synchronizing the unloaded transmission shafts. So your trans is acting normally. The unloaded shafts are very easy to stop. The synchros can slow them down and synchronize them without the clutch being disengaged.
The slave cylinder has nothing to do with engagement. If it wasn't bled properly, the clutch would not DISengage. Engagement is not controlled by the slave cylinder.

Put the car on the ground or put the hit the brakes and try it. After that, you shouldn't be able to put it in gear while the car is on (with the clutch engaged). Remember....the hydraulic system is there to DISengage the clutch. The clutch leaf springs engage the clutch. Unless your master cylinder is adjusted badly enough that it's always pushing on the clutch, the hydraulic system won't affect the ability for the clutch to engage.
When the car is off...ofcourse it will go in/out of gear without the clutch.
